General Information

SUEK AG was founded on December 23, 2004 as a Swiss subsidiary of OJSC “SUEK”.

SUEK AG is registered in the Commercial Register of the canton St. Gallen under the number CH-320.3.056.493-6 having its registered place of business at: Vadianstrasse 59, St. Gallen 9000, Switzerland.

The share capital of SUEK AG amounts to CHF 26'000’000 and is divided into 2'600’000 registered shares with par value of CHF 10.00 each. The share capital has been fully paid in. All shares are owned by OJSC “SUEK” who has been the only shareholder since the incorporation of SUEK AG.

Being a trading subsidiary of OJSC “SUEK”, we follow such corporate social responsibility principles, declared by our parent in the Corporate Social Responsibility Report, as timely payment of taxes, co-operation with local authorities and contribution to charities.
